how can i deal with this case?
In Korea, there is a facility for the elderly, called '경로당'.
this word translated as a 'senior citizen center', but strictly speaking it is a slightly different kind of building
The Korea government has translated the word 'Hall for the Elderly'
There is one such building per apartment complex, most of which are for the elderly living in the apartment.
Can these candidates be subject to approval?
If these candidates not a suitable candidate, can you add it to the guide?

my English is not good, so I use google translate. please understand.

Does the building meet.any criteria such as unique architecture or historic value? If so, it would eligible.
It sounds like you're describing a care home, which I personally don't think should be allowed, but Niantic has never given a straight answer on that one.

We have senior citizen centres in Australia and they are seen as community gathering places. The building is generally a hall or open centre and is available for hire to host events. The buildings are also the meeting point for senior citizen clubs and activities too. So there is cultural relevance to them in our case.

What activities take place at the centers? Are they places of residence, are they where people go for medical care, or are they community gathering places that host events? What we call "senior centers" in the US are usually that last category, but I know that terminology might be different elsewhere.
almost place of residence.
