Old abuse case possibly resurfacing
Raising this again after past discussions on the forum/reports via the form - from over a year ago - have led nowhere.
The location of this (assuming it really exists in this moshav) is fake. An athletic court can be seen in the main photo; yet the moshav's only athletic court is located a considerable distance away, with its own wayspot already existing, here.
I'm questioning the fitness station's existence because there are already long-standing fakes in this moshav (specifically with photos stolen from nominations/existing wayspots).
Past discussions on this subject were lost in the big forum-wide purge a while back, so I'll write all the details down again.
- בית כנסת, "דרכי נעם" - is actually located in the city of Ness Ziona, dozens of kilometers away. This synagogue has already got an existing wayspot in its correct location, here. You can easily see comparing the photos of the two portals that this is the exact same building. The synagogue is also marked on Google Maps - again, in its real location in Ness Ziona.
- Fuse Box Art - is another stolen wayspot, with the wayspot already existing in the real location. The submitter of the original wayspot reported this theft on the forum at the time, only to be asked to go to the fake location in No'am and prove that it doesn't exist there (while the real location of the original wayspot is obviously seen on Street View, and also in the middle of a Covid lockdown - I still remember that as one of the more questionable requests I've seen on the forum). I tried my damnest to find the original wayspot but since the discussion was deleted, I can't track it down anymore. If the abuse team have got documentation of reports made at the end of September 2020/reports made about No'am, then you'll see it again.
- "פסלונים" - this wayspot never went live but I'll bring it up again because it was literally my own nomination that was stolen, using my own photos from my submission that was rejected (showing that the abuser was saving random photos while reviewing, not just stealing from existing wayspots), and lying that it was the abuser's house, while my nomination was on the other side of the country. I've got the details saved, its location was 31.568811,34.786153. As far as I remember, I never got an update if any actions were taken against the abuser.
There were more cases of stolen wayspots that were nominated in this moshav but never went live that I've got saved - honestly, some more of the nominations that are live might be stolen, considering everything - , but this is all I'll mention for now, since this is a lot of work.
There are also other forms of abuse, such as this wayspot, which is just a duplicate of this one.
The point of these reports is that the new nomination I've screencapped at the beginning of the post brought back a lot of unpleasant memories from over a year ago of all the reports made here on the forum that led nowhere, with the fakes still remaining on the map to this day. I really don't want to see the No'am abuse resurface again. So I'd really appreciate getting this case looked at again.

Hi Giffard, I suspect the No'am fakers are back yet again:
I 100% remember seeing that photo in a completely different review - not located in No'am, of course - but I can't remember exactly where it was and I can't find it anywhere, unfortunately. It might still be in voting, or rejected - these abusers have stolen photos from in voting/rejected nominations in the past after all.
I am also pretty certain that the same supporting photo in this nomination appeared in a previous fake nomination from No'am.
A concrete thing I can say to support my suspicion is that the area seen in the aerial view doesn't seem to match that seen in the photos - with the pin specifically placed in front of what appears to be a small grove of some sort.
Also... The Bnei Akiva youth movement (whose logo is seen in the photo) just doesn't have any branches or activities in No'am. So there's no reason for that painting to exist there in the first place.
The exact coordinates of this nomination are 31.568427,34.789907.

Hi @NianticGiffard, looks like the abuser is resubmitting the fake wayspots Niantic has removed.
This is the same synagogue that actually exists in the city of Ness Ziona - #1 on the list in my original post. The abuser is lying in the supporting information, claiming that "it was built in 2020 but for some reason doesn't appear on Google Maps".
Additionally, earlier I spotted the Location of the original Bnei Akiva mural in Haifa that this abuser stole and submitted in No'am.
Hey there! We have reviewed it and have taken action on 2 Wayspots and the Wayfinder in accordance with our policies.
