Restoration of removed wayspots

Titles and locations of wayspots:
- "Living Sculpture Garden", location 32.072758,34.825604
- "With Love from ZRG", location 32.073351,34.822034
- "Shostak House", location 32.072758,34.825604
All objects in question obviously still exist at their public, safe location. This mass reporting of wayspots in my general area was done as revenge for me reporting an abusive wayspot a few days back and leading to its removal. I know these people and their petty methods of revenge.

We took another look at the reported locations and decided that the Wayspots do not meet our criteria for restoration at this time.
Can I get an explanation as to why? All of them are public, safe and permanent.
I am afraid I don't have the information to share with you regarding the decision. I would suggest reaching out to our dedicated team through in-app, they'll definitely be able to shed light on this matter.
I have contacted in-app support. They have not offered any additional information, just linked me to this form, which as far as I know is used for removal or modification of wayspots, not restoration. How is this method different or more efficient than using the Invalid Reports subforum here?
@NianticGiffard additional update: I have tried using that form (although there was no option relevant to restoration), and have received emails requesting confirmation from the... President of Homeowner Association? Stating that my requests will not be processed if I don't provide something that doesn't exist.
I will once again mention that none of these wayspots were EVER located on PRP - for the love of God, one of them is a utility box located right on the pavement. The other two objects are located on the OUTER side of apartment buildings, in public spaces, not inside any apartments, not requiring any player to trespass any private property, exactly according to Niantic's guidelines for residential spaces.
Seeing as in-app support and Niantic's form resulted in dead ends, please explain to me why these 3 wayspots are so different.
I would like to take up this matter. Could you please share a 360° video and geotagged images? We'll have it re-reviewed.
I have received replies via e-mail to the forms I've sent. 2 wayspots - Living Sculpture Garden and Shostak House - have been restored (they don't appear on Ingress Intel yet, but it usually takes a while for these sort of changes to show up, so I assume they'll reappear soon).
As for the 3rd, With Love from ZRG - I've been asked to send geotagged photos (I assume in order to prove that the art wasn't painted over since Street View was taken in the area? Since it does appear on Street View). I'm currently out of town, but I'll be back next week and will happily provide the photos and video for that.

The e-mail states I've got 5 business days to send the geotagged photos, so I think I should make it back to the area in time to take those. I will update if anything doesn't work out. Thanks again!
Hi @NianticGiffard, just a quick update that after sending a geotagged photo via email for the sole remaining wayspot, all 3 wayspots have now been restored and are back in Ingress!
Now just praying for the Sync Lord to allow new wayspots to appear in PoGo sooner rather than later...
