POI referrals to players or games

I remember something from way before about making referrals to player names in POI names/descriptions was prohibited. Also pictures with symbols from the games/factions etc. wasn't allowed.
Is this still valid?
Is this stated somewhere in the current guidelines?

As you can see, the guideline that usernames are not permissible can be found in several locations.
Although perhaps the first one should simply state NO to player names/codenames, rather than instruct people to give it a low rating.
Really nice answers @oscarc1-ING . The only thing missing now is regarding symbols within images, do you have anything for that as well?
If the thing being submitted is say a mural for one of the games on a wall, fine, but if not, if for example someone took a picture with the ar camera of their walki g buddy in the background for a portal nomination, I would reject that
Stuff like this
I would consider those extraneous items that are irrelevant and likely staged. It would even boarder on "submitter identifiable."
Rejection reason, submitter identifiable:
Use for nominations where the photo includes extraneous objects or identifiers that may not necessarily be part of the object.
