The applicant seems to have submitted the application with ambiguous location information, but we checked it and it seems to be fine. It seems that the applicant knew about the relocation and didn't apply for the move, but let it go live...
As for those who are requesting deletion, this building will be moved to a new location next to the station I mentioned earlier on May 6, 2021, and the building is no longer in use. Therefore, this is an inappropriate spot for the city hall.

Latest 360-degree photo. The environment has changed drastically. You can see that the signboard of the object has also disappeared.
As a side note, I heard that this is a very rare attempt in the world to combine the city's central station and city hall into one building (or more accurately, two buildings attached to each other). The Capitol is located on the floor above the ticket gates.
