You would probably be better posting this in the nomination improvement section.
That rejection reason means a Niantic staff member rejected it themselves. I must say from looking at it that all that barbed wire doesn't exactly look like a good place to play cricket to me, but admittedly I can't read what the sign says. Could you perhaps provide a translation of what the text on the sign says? @NianticGiffard may be able to offer some assistance here.
