Are cycling trailmarker eliglbe in Germany?

After the last criteria clarification I nominated lots of cycling trails. I currently stand at 52 rejections and none accepted.
I used trailmarkers like this to nominate the trail.
As you can see in the trail Marker, there are two cycling trails marked at this sign.
1. LGS-Route (Landesgartenschau-Route)
2. Route Industriekultur
Both are touristic cycling trails.
In the description I mention the length of the trail, where it starts and where it finishes. And what you can see along the trail, like sights, natural features, ...
If there are two trails marked by sign like in the example above, I focus on one trail.
The title of the POI is always the name of the trail and the location of the trail marker.
Example: LGS-Route - Location Münsterstraße
I definitly make sure that the location can be found on the map. I provide links to the route of the trail and more informations of the trail. In the supporting information.
Am I doing something wrong. Are those cycling trails not eliglbe?
@NianticGiffard What do I have to do to get cycling trails approved?

Trail markers are difficult in Germany. Used to be like this in Belgium too, but that appears to have changed recently. It can always help to include direct links to the clarification posts in your supporting information. It might not help with your nominations initially, but it might help spread the knowledge among local reviewers. And overtime it might become easier to get them approved.

Be sure to make it clear you are nominating LGS route and/or Route Industriekultur. It should be reflected in the title and description. A link in the supporting information to a website or map about those routes can always help.
That is exactky what I am doing. In the latest nominations I exactly included those three links in the suppoting information. I even did some collage with qoutes of the criteria in supporting picture in some of the nominations.
Other posts here have sent the consensus that cycles trails are eligible but not cycles routes.
Are these a separate trail or just a panel on a road ?
It was answered by Niantic in the case of the UK :
"As you are aware, we consider any marker on a hiking trail as acceptable since our goal is to have folks explore. Even a small marker on a trail will encourage players to cover more of the trail if there are more Wayspots on the way.
In the same sense, bike trails are similar but if you have a signboard for a bike lane (along with say a highway or road), that’s not as interesting/unique as compared to a signboard for a bike trail that takes players through a new route."

(The first one on Acceptable was debated and is debatable, it's to the reviewers to see if the way where is the sign is safe or not)
Niantic might say they're eligible, but convincing the statement to entire reviewers base who accepted fake utility boxes etc. will be difficult, it seems.
Especially while Street view is almost unavailable across the country.
Don't give up, but take a break from time to time so you don't get to frustrated about it. Occasionaly poll reviewer quality with a couple of nominations. No improvement, take another break and retry a few months later. That's the approach I took the last 2 or 3 years, and I had the final trail marker in my town accepted yesterday.
