This is a distinctive stone monument called a "board monument," and there is a book on these monuments in this area.
As you can see, the ones that have been spotted are also listed, but pay attention to the ones where the red line is drawn. It clearly says that it stands on the housing lot of the Takahashi family, which means it is a private residence.

I am writing to inform you that today I was reviewing the application and found that this object, which is said to be in Mr. Takahashi's house, has been applied for again.
The person who previously created this deleted Wayspot has probably applied for it again.
You can see this by the fact that the title, written in Japanese, is exactly the same as the previous one.
That's exactly one week counting from the day the portal was supposedly removed.
Is there any significance to the timing of this application?
That's something I don't know, however I did want to let you know that there are people who are trying to continue to apply for inappropriate places.
