The new building of the moved post office has been repeatedly nominated as a new wayspot candidate.
From what this nominator has filled out, it seems that he does not know that it is not possible to modify the location by more than 10 meters in the application.
They also seem to have misunderstood some of the other details.
This is not the format that should be used, but it will increase the burden on the reviewers if it is repeated.
I' ll provide you with the content of this nomination and the Japan Post website showing the location of this post office.
If you are unable to correct the location with my appeal, please inform the nominator how to correct the location by more than 10 m.

Thanks for the appeal, @tp235-ING! Based on the evidence provided, we’ve made necessary changes to the Portal's location.
Thank you for your support.
I've posted a thread about this, but currently it's not possible to modify location data beyond ~10m in the Ingress and Pokémon GO apps.
https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/25721/specify-location-editing-restrictions-in-the-app
I understand that this is a countermeasure due to a series of abusive location fixes.
However, most players are unaware of this limitation as it is not mentioned on the location modification page.
I think the fact that they don't know about this limitation is the reason why this kind of nomination happens so often.
(After creating a new wayspot, delete the old one)
So, would you please include this limitation and a link to modify the location over 10m on the screen where you modify the location in the app?
Please consider this suggestion as it would be a great way for you and the app teams to get more done with less effort.
