Whatever happened to the Community Advocates idea that Casey mentioned?

As detailed in the above thread, Casey was interested in implementing a Community Advocates program into Wayfarer. Has this idea been shelved entirely and left to gather dust in some forgotten corner? Or is the Wayfarer team as it currently is still interested in making such a program? If so, has there been any deliberations going on behind the scenes regarding details and other specifics for such a program?
