The other day, when we were having trouble with PokéStops that should not have occurred, I noticed that there was Wayspot that could not become PokéStop because its current setting position was slightly off from its original position.
Normally, I should follow the proper procedure to submit a location edit request, but since I am a trainer, I cannot submit a location edit request for a Wayspot that is not a PokéStop.
I believe my claim can be supported by the location of the well and poles in the following 360° photo.
