As you can see, there is a nameplate of the facility next to the entrance.

This spot was originally applied for under the name "Yonezawa City Library NASE BA".

However, someone changed the title to the entrance, perhaps for the purpose of padding the Pokéstop. When the spot actually existed in duplicate, it was conveniently placed by Pokémon Go. Now it has been eliminated.

Not only should the title be changed back (or rather to something more accurate in the beginning), but the player who made the entrance and low-level changes should be punished.
