Can we have more than two skips in 24 hours?

My personal reason:
I'm in Japan so everything I review comes in Japanese. In general I don't need to use skips that often BUT... there are times when I get two to review in a very short time that throw me and would prefer others review.
Right now I just stop reviewing and come back when enough time has passed for a new review to show. It's time I could have actually been reviewing.
We already do get more than two skips a day though?
How many do we get in 24 hours? Someone replied in a post earlier this year that is was two. If it's 5 then I'm good to go.
We should be able to skip as many as we want. Why force reviewers to guess about things they are unsure of? It is asking for bad reviews. Nianic should track how many times a submission is skipped, and if one gets skiped a lot it means that they need to make a decision on it and inform reviewers how they think it should be reviewed. This is an opportunity to develop/specify the criteria and educate reviewers.
My mistake It's 3 skips with a 24 hour cooldown for each. I'd prefer at least 5 so I don't just give up when I get a slew of ones I'm not confident in reviewing. I've let nominations time out but all that time I could have been reviewing.
It is 3 skips a day but I’m upvoting the question because I find the argument for unlimited skips rational.
We already have an unlimited amount of skips. It's called a 3* rating.
If you are unsure or have no opinion, choose 3 stars
3* is not a skip.
I would really prefer unlimited skips, because here in Europe is it a bit difficult. Only because I live here, I am not able to speak every language. It’s a fact that I am not able to vote right if I literally don’t understand about the description or anything. It’s awful
100% agree with the difficult to understand part. Sometimes the description is vague and it's evident the native speaking Japanese nominator can't even describe what is most likely still a good wayspot. There are also ones where the description reads fine but the photo is something like maybe in a cemetery. Japanese cemeteries aren't the same as in my home culture. I'm not sure whether some things are acceptable or not. They are so culturally related that people in the community definitely could not help.
YES, thank you! I have get at least 1 in 20 reviews in foreign (and not English) language! It's impossible to rate something you don't understand.
