Did you submit an invalid Wayspot report from within the app and where is your rejection email?
I don’t live in the near of there, the roundabout i have found while watching the town because the duplicates. https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/26925/two-duplicates-of-urlaub-freizeit-eichholz-und-franzhorn#latest
I'm pretty sure that Niantic will require that you submit a invalid Wayspot report from the app first. Only in cases of abuse, such as fake Wayspots, is that requirement suspended.
Sorry that I do it so. I don’t have the time to drive to all the locations. That with spoofing do would be illegal. That's how I post them directly here. There are really much fake Wayspots, duplicate Wayspots, Wayspots with wrong location and Wayspots there shouldn't exist.
When you have the time for report all in App you can make it for me. I don’t have problems with that. For me is it easier to post them here. You can accept this or not. It is my opinion of this and my time, which I am wasting here to justify my application.
Niantic pretty much requires that all invalid Wayspots reports be made in-app first except for cases of abuse of mutiple fake Wayspots. If you don't want to follow the process, then don't be surprised by the results.
Then look at other invalid Wayspots appeals here from others like @LukeAllStars-ING he also not have every time a app report. Only Niantic decided whether they accept the unambiguous requests. Just because you are the first worldwide in the community doesn't mean that you can decide what have to accepted or rejected.
@LukeAllStars-ING reports are about mass Wayspot abuse (ie fake Wayspots), which falls into the previously mentioned exception. But they don't make first time reports for things outside of those abuse cases.
If a report or appeal is undoubtfully correct they will nethertheless process it. Don't use different measures for mass reports and/or single reports.
The formality with the rejection mail is for other stuff .... for the shallow reports when ING-faction A wants to delete one of the local main anchors of faction B (lots of cases from France and Russia/Ukraine come to my mind) .... or when obviously personal feuds are involved (cases from Poland come to my mind) ....
Finding obviously invalid stuff while reviewing is neither nor ...
thank you @Raachermannl-ING for getting it right again
Invalid Appeal - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. It looks like we haven’t gotten to this request yet; at this time, we only take appeals to overturn decisions we’ve already made.
Looks like the rejection of the appeal shows that this is wrong. You cannot bypass reporting an invalid Wayspot via the app first with the exception being cases of mass abuse.
@TheFarix-PGO this one was rejected but not all with the same answer from Giffard are rejected of my discussions. Of course it would be with better with a ingame report but it is hard for the Wayfarer DACH Community to stopp all fakes and other not correct things by Player in some places. Yes that will be better when I can report it ingame but i cannot do this, so i try it so.
All my appeals here bypass this.
Calm down, he was just pointing out the correct procedure and warned about the answer OP will be getting. No need of being peeved now. And your appeals are most of the time fake reports, which are getting reviewed directly.
But in this case it is no fake report and then Niantic does not accept the appeals (unless there was an ingame report rejected) like one could see in this post again, but in various posts before too. If you dont like that procedure, dont hate the player, hate the game.
@Raachermannl-ING, you are giving me way too much credit if you think I'm the cause for the appeals' rejections. All I stated was Niantic's process and the one exception to that process (mass abuse). This appeal did not meet the exception (it was not part of any mass abuse) and therefore must follow the regular process. You cannot cite the exceptions to the process (re: mass abuse) as examples that the process doesn't apply all other invalid Wayspot reports.
Looking at my latest responses you could be right. Looks like they lately hired a bunch of ****....
From older mass reports I'm used to very good examinations and the staff did even more than requested in some cases on their own. At the moment they are not even reading / understanding, what is given to them. Obvious fake and abuse stays in the system. Dunno what is going on there ....
