The correct original image and object are ticked in green ✔, the wrong image and object are crossed in red ❌. It is obviously two different fountain with different shape and at different location.
It is interesting that the nominations for the right fountain with the name '汉京中心斜方喷泉' ('Hanking Center trapezoid fountain' in English) can be marked as duplicated to the wayspot '波浪喷泉' ('Wave fountain' in English) with such obvious difference and the supporting streetview.
