Rejection email: I cannot seem to find rejection due to duplicate. Found this instead.
Photo to support claim:
Above you can see that the photo of the two POI are very similar. Why? They were built by the same developer. From the map, you can see that there are two courts in close proximity. The approved portal is the lower one, and the rejected POI is the upper one.
How are they different? There are no “yellow things” on the fence of the other POI.

It supports the appearance of the POI on the satellite map (which reviewers fail to see).
