Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Agent. We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
@NianticGiffard This appeal should not be rejected. The old shield (Zeitenpfad 120000 Jahre: https://intel.ingress.com/intel?pll=49.341535,8.797454&z=18) was removed and realized. The location was changed and the text of the shield was defrosted. The new sign was redeemed by a local player (location by geotag in discusion), resulting in a duplicate of the old shield. Since the old version is no longer resistant, it would have to be removed at the latest after this disco. Apparently, the cited evidence has not been enough for you, so what is missing to recognize that it is a duplicate handle.

Addition of an additional proof:
Here is a also a Photo from the old Place. The column from the background of the old photo can be recognized on it without the sign. Because of the snow on the Photo from Old Wayspot it is a little difficult to prove that it is the same environment, but the column made of the same material and **** behind it confirms it.To confirm the location right away, there is of course also a GeoTag on the picture.
