Здравствуй ! @trirrra-ING .

I saw the panorama of the closest point to the portal.
Yes, you are right, there is no brick wall in Google Street View.
However, the location of the Wayspot photo and the location of the portal are probably two very different places.
There's a reason why I thought that way.
If you look at the photo of the Wayspot "Картина Дерево", you will see two brown buildings behind a brick wall.
And in between these two buildings there is a space.
However, the Google Street View you gave us does not show any buildings at an angle that matches this **** angle.
If there is one building in this street view that barely resembles a Wayspot photo, it is
Vladimirova 71(52.423690, 30.948427)
and
Ulitsa Gaydara 69 (52.423541, 30.948804)
52.423245, 30.948734
Looking north-north-west from the vicinity of Vladimirova 71, the windows and the exterior of the building
But even then the angle of the building on the Ulitsa Gaydara 69 side will be different from the Wayspot photo.
In any case, as mentioned above

As mentioned above, there are no buildings or brick walls at the same angle as in the Wayspot photo.
By the way, you pointed out that Wayspot "Картина Дерево" south of the
The following street view is available I have also seen these.

There is a Wayspot near here with Title: "Синий Конь".
Title: Картина Дерево
location: https://intel.ingress.com/intel?ll=52.422689,30.948164&z=21
However, this Wayspot is not present in any of the aforementioned Google Street View (1) and (2).
It may be a coincidence, but the Wayspot you raised, I believe that the Wayspot "Картина Дерево" and "Синий Конь" you raised are painted on the exact same continuous brick wall.
This is because the bricks are stacked 12 rows vertically until they form a horizontal line, and the picture of the green meadow depicted is consistent that it is four rows of bricks from the bottom.
The "Horse and branches" part of "Синий Конь", which is above the horizontal line of bricks, is stacked seven rows from the horizontal line.
The "Branches and fruit" part of "Картина Дерево" is stacked eight rows from the horizontal line, so
So we can say that "Синий Конь" and "Синий Конь" are two Wayspots on the same brick wall, but on different parts of the brick wall.
As you can see on Google Maps and some Google Street View, the place where "Синий Конь" and "Синий Конь" are located is Right above the footpath. It is likely that the brick wall did not originally exist.
For these reasons I recommend to you that propose to remove "Синий Конь" in addition to "Картина Дерево".
you did the right investigation, thank you) the Blue Horse portal will also be removed as it does not exist. It remains to wait for a response from NIA and, attaching a possible refusal, create a separate topic. I will attach a photo for you showing the reconstruction of the trash can. Previously, it was surrounded by a brick fence with two graffiti "Blue Horse" and "Painting Tree". They were split into two portals and reported with a false location.
Thanks for the appeal, @trirrra-ING! We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Portal in question.
