This portal has been recently removed although we believe it doesn't match any rejection criteria.

Bizarre un immeuble, c'est une résidence. Donc pourquoi mettre un portail a cet endroit précis. Et que ça soit une écurie rénovée ne change rien au fait que c'est privé.
N'allez pas dégradé le mur juste pour ajouter un portail
Pretty clear this is not a *single family property*, even if some may be tricked by the mailbox on the right.

Un immeuble / résidence à par définition plusieurs familles qui habitent donc c’est légitime vis à vis des critères. Beaucoup d’immeubles ont des portails cet « argument » est nul.
Private residence is OK for niantic as long as not single family property (weird but their rules)
Is it really an issue to keep this social historical place well regognized by the city as a valid point of interest... ? Poor guys taking time to suppress portals... Play and field in other place. Stupid!

The title of the poi says it's an old stables.
But pictures show a building that's does not look like stables. Since when stables have 3 floors? What's the story of this building? The brochure you attached is from the vendor will obviously says it's not common they want to sell flats!
In my opinion the poi was removed because the title was wrong and misleading (act of bad faith?) as the building does not look like stables at all.
In addition from this website https://uk.tourisme93.com/castles-and-manors.html I do not see any references to this building. So I doubt there is an history behind.

The names of people come from the Directory available on the internet.
The name "old stables" comes from the official document of the city (page 22 - link in the initial message) and not from a "seller". You have to read the document to understand everything.

Moreover those old stables were renovated into a multi-family private property and its architecture identified as remarkable by the city. Meaning everything is OK to make it a Nia POI

So I clicked you link and see the document. The image below is extracted from the city document.
Something bothering me is the usage that is private.
Therefore as you ask for a re instatement of this poi, the owner(s) maybe ask to be removed, then nothing can be done.
@Mystike68-ING if you have to qualify yourself as honest player, there is always catch behind.
This is not bad faith as it's looks like a selling document, but it's actually a working document (which is quite the same are they a selling a tourist walk) from the city that list buildings of interest within the city, and this one come last.
Also as far I know in your country you have an heritage office that in charge of protect ans classify this kind of building, if it is not yet classify there is 2 cases not enough value to be classified or the owners did not want or forget to do it.
