In a group I am in, a screenshot from Wayfarer has once again appeared in which the editing function is used to edit the title and the description of a wayspot to reduce the quality of a wayspot and to offend other players.
The whole thing has already been marked and reported as abuse, but apparently nothing happens, which is why I am forced to report it in the forum.

Note: I don't know if this is the case worldwide, but at least in German-speaking countries, "Mongo" can have two meanings in relation to this sentence. It can probably refer to the "mon-go" in Pokémon Go, as well as to Mongolism or people with trisomy 21 and is mostly used as an insult in the sense of "idiot".
4) Multiaccount Stag, for people who want to fill up their backpacks. We know that you have multiple accounts.
Note: The players from the city of Amriswil are unfortunately only too well known and not for their good behavior. Insults, elitist behavior and the creation of fake way post is unfortunately on the agenda there.

As I said, this function has already been used at least 2 times, but this processing suggestion appears again, which means that this function does not serve its purpose.
I can understand your frustration with the edit function, I have several edits that regularly and repeatedly appear on my review screen and I give the same answer every time. All we can do is click on the "Abuse" function and hope Niantic actually do something with all reports.

And now nothing more is coming through because of them. Just discusting.
For shure there are existing some „not correct“ Portals, like everywhere.
But the reason why they are not submitted, is just to amusing.
That‘s not fair to the PGO and Ingress players from the city.
I‘m done whith these people.

While we are unable to discuss our actions in detail to protect the submitter’s privacy, they may include, but are not limited to, sending a warning message, placing restrictions on their Wayfarer, Pokémon GO, or Ingress account, putting their account on probation, or placing a temporary or permanent suspension on their Wayfarer, Pokémon GO or Ingress account. @NianticGiffard Thank you for your action here. Wayspot Title and Description fortunately have stayed correct since March.
But recently 2 portal pictures have been added and voted on that have been altered and do not depict the reality anymore, but instead show the letters "IRO" in a blue field below the portal motive. These letters are the abbreviation for the players group "Ingress Resistance Ostschweiz" mentioned by @D3stroyer85-ING in a comment before.
Please remove these photoshopped and faction biased pictures (see screenshots below) to retain a high-quality wayspot across all Niantic games.
