So basically this is a museum, anyone can visit it …. How can a wayspot like this be removed ??

It has the whole story about Portuguese Marine Corp and as seen on the first picture you can visit during summer and winter time.

It's very likely that the base commander asked for the Wayspots to be remove since I do not see any other Wayspots on the base.

There is nothing in that news that sais that the content of the museum was dislocated. It only says that there is a new exhibit about the marine corp in the navy museum.
