Invalid portal report rejected. Why?

Company moved. I reported the invalid portal and it was rejected. This is not the first time that I reported an invalid portal and it was rejected by the community. Why reject it report?

Hey @Valor002-ING,
Your appeal is in the wrong format. Please follow the correct guidelines and include all relevant information to appeal the candidate.
Thanks,
@NianticAaron I reported it on correct format via Ingress app while I was at the portal and it was rejected. This post was just asking for clarification as to why the decision to reject the invalid portal removal. Are you suggesting re-submitting for it to be reviewed? To clarify, please post the link of the guideline you are referring to
This section of the forum is to appeal rejected reports of invalid wayspots, and to appeal incorrectly removed wayspots.
Your post is neither of these things. Niantic won't typically give a clarification as to why the report was rejected, but if you think the report is valid and that their decision is wrong, then you're welcome to post an appeal using the template you're given when making a new post in this section of the forum.
Looking at the screenshots you've shared, it seems likely that you would be able to get this location updated if you followed the correct post format and supplied the new location for the company. Thus it would probably be more suitable for the location edit appeals section (as an edit of over 10 metres) than an invalid wayspot appeal.
When you open a new discussion, the guideline format is preprinted, I think that's what I referred to:
"HOME› INVALID WAYSPOT APPEALS› NEW DISCUSSION
When submitting an appeal, please use the below format:
Title of the Wayspot: [Title]
Location: [Lat/Long]
City: [City]
Country: [Country]
Screenshot of the Rejection Email: [Attach Screenshot]
Photos to support your claim: [Attach photo]
Additional information: [If you have more explanations, add them here]"
@Marulk-ING Finally a clear answer, thank you. This should have been the response from the Admin.
UPDATE: I drove by the location yesterday and saw it was removed.
I would like to report an inaccessible field site to be very dangerous military maneuvers, no access anywhere, greetings.
