A fountain actually exist at those coordinates : 43.454086,5.468267
AND there is a wayspot there called "Fontaine Marquis De Gueydan"
The wayspot "Fontaines Des Dames" is a duplicate at the wrong location and it should be deleted, in order to show that:
I circled in blue a shop named "FLASH" on both: the picture of the fake wayspot (pic4) and the maps screenshot of the real fountain (pic2) that are at different coordinates

Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We gave this a second look and after reviewing the additional evidence provided, we've decided to retire the Pokéstop/Gym in question.
