Clarification - Cemetary Chapels

Hi all. I'd like clarification on Cemetary chapels as the majority of reviewers seem to be confused over them.
Specifically talking about Grade II listed chapels with alot of history. Reviewers seem to be marking anything in a cemetary as a sensitive location, in my opinion this is incorrect as it depends on what it is, an important historical listed building should outweigh that its in a cemetary. What's your thoughts?

From my point of view, it's in a cemetary, so "sensitive location". Does not matter if it's a listed building or not, I'd say "sensitive location" overides this.
Historical gravestones are in cemeteries but are explicitly mentioned as being eligible under the great place to explore criteria (and are also specifically mentioned as being excluded from the sensitive location rejection criteria). Therefore, this sets a precedent that not everything in a cemetery is an instant rejection for sensitive location, and it suggests you should review on the merits of what is actually being submitted.
I obviously do understand having a level of caution when it comes to nominations within cemeteries, but there is such a thing as being too cautious. A Grade II Listed Chapel within a cemetery seems like it would meet the exploration criteria, as it's still a place of worship and it has been recognised as having historic and/or architectural importance.
Would you still reject all nominations in an active cemetery if it also happened to be a nature reserve with woodland, a nature trail, and several pieces of art? Only asking this as such a place does exist near to where I used to live, and it's a very popular spot for going on walks.
The way I look at it is, if its a Chapel that's only for funerals, then that's sensitive location, but it it also has standard Chapel things (like Sunday service, things like that) then it's OK
For each site, how the cemetary is managed is important. If the site has an official nature trail with signs where it is implicit that the public will be visiting the cemetary for "non-cemetary reasons" then those signs will be a very different thing to just an average cemetary. Same with art pieces, if they are "official" and put there with the expectation that the "general public" would visit then fine, but not otherwise.
This is exactly right. Some cemetery chapels are of great historical and architectural interest and are actively promoted as places to visit on days such as 'Chapel open days' and so on. And of course some are just private places for grieving mourners. You have to do some research and provide some evidence for a successful submission.
If the church has its own regular membership, meetings, and events, then sure. Or if it has tours, or is a stop on a tour.
If it's only for funerals (and maybe unstructured open hours for mourners to find quiet consolation) - then probably no.
