I know it's old but the report was made and it got rejected. Didn't have time to make a whole forum post back then.

Additional information:
The portal I'm reporting is right next to this one and as you can see on it's main photo (the ones I uploaded), the reported portal is in the back, they're next to each other so I believe this should be considered a duplicate portal cause this is a whole playground place. They tried making them look apart and both portals are not even on their real location in the game. Here's proof of it in this street view, they're not even 4 meters apart, so I believe this should be considered one portal. I'd also like to say that these are couch portals, so doing this is very convenient for the owner.
I also requested a renaming of the Portal to "Zona de Juegos" to make it clear it's a whole playground zone and not separate structures.

Here's another rejection email From the duplicate report.
UP!
Are they in holidays or vacations in Niantic? This post got moved to the 4th page and still got no review as many others that have been posted, where are the Niantickers?
Appeal Denied - Thanks for the appeal, Trainer. We took another look at the Pokéstop/Gym in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
Does this mean I'm allowed to go to every plaza and make a wayspot of every single structure of a playground? Interesting
no
I'd say yes considering that this duplicate got accepted but also it doesn't meet the removal criteria, SO, this is clearly allowed. I'm gonna try it in the nearest plaza.
@NianticGiffard ok so what's with this guideline from the november 2020 AMA?
Playgrounds have long been a source of debate among nominators and reviewers alike, can you clarify when they should be accepted vs. rejected?
Playground equipment in parks or other public places are great candidates for inclusion. Not only are they great places to meet and be social but they also can encourage exercise! There are a few notable exceptions to this though, playgrounds on K-12 / primary and secondary schools are ineligible. Additionally, individual pieces of playground equipment that are submitted separately are not eligible, even though the playground at large may be. Rather, the individual pieces of equipment should be marked as duplicates to there’s just the one Wayspot for the whole playground
Can I ask why u decided not to remove the duplicate? If it should've not been accepted in the first place according to what it says, then I believe it meets the criteria for removal.
Is this situation different because this playground is located inside a private condominium so it is allowed to separate playgrounds inside those areas?
Niantic have a different set of criteria for Waypoint removal, it is not the same as acceptance criteria. If a Waypoint that gets into the system for whatever reason does not meet one of these specific criteria, it stays in. Personally, I think Niantic ought to revise their removal criteria but we have to go by what are the current rules.
So they should not be nominated/accepted, but if they get accepted they can't be removed? what the🦆, that makes 0 sense.
It's because Niantic wants the removal criteria to be clear cut and with as little subjectivity as possible. The problem when merging mutple playground equipment Wayspots is that there is a lot of subjectivity involved on which Wayspot is kept, what it is named to, and where it is finally located.
