Photo incorrectly merged - Not a duplicate submission

So previously this problem occurred before, my friend got it solved by just removing the photo off of "Abigail Scott Duniway." We retried the nomination a 2nd time, and it got duplicated onto Duniway again. If you look at the evidence shown by ZeroHecksGiven here (https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/25694/photo-incorrectly-merged) You can see that the "**** for the Moon!" sign is across E Pioneer street, on the south side while Duniway is on the north side.
Requesting the removal of the "**** for the Moon!" photo off of Duniway, and (it's a stretch) approving of the rejected nomination because this will just inevitably happen if we nominate it again.
