Stained glass window of accepted church

Got a review for a stained glass window of a church. The church building was already a waypoint. Would you mark the window as a duplicate or rate it as a separate waypoint? It's tricky for me because it is actually part of the building and not the same as, for example, a separate painting or sculpture inside of the building.

The stained glass could be eligible on its own if being nominated for its artistic value. It would be similar to a mural being nominated on the side of a business.
I'd mark it as a duplicate, it's literally part of the church.
Why?
The church is eligible as a place that encourages socializing and exploration of cultures. Unique architecture can be eligible for the exploration of arts.
It would depend on the artistic & unique value of the stained glass. I would reject if it was something that looked mass produced or generic, but I wouldn't duplicate them, as long as the photos made it clear the intent of the two candidates.
Stained glass art can be artistic, tell a visual story, or have deep spiritual symbolism. It is often crafted by artists and no less ornate than murals or tile mosaics.
I chose not to mark it as duplicate, but I was on the fence I can see the argument for doing so.
The argument for marking it as a duplicate is the same as not accepting separate pieces of equipment on a playground.
However, I personally leaned slightly in the direction of accepting it as it's own piece of art, separate from the overall architecture of the building.
I don't mark stuff like that as a duplicate but what you will often see is people dropping the pin for the stained glass a few dozen meters away from the church itself because with the church already a wayspot much of the time the stained glass would not show up as a Pokestop in the correct location due to inclusion rules.
In that case I will either 1* for mismatched location or move the pin onto the church where it should be if I can determine where on the church the stained glass is.
I understand your point of view, but as @JillJilyJabadoo-PGO said, this is like a playground.
I would only make an exception if the stained glass in question is really special and popular for some particular reason, and having any kind of informational sign would help to prove its uniqueness.
I'm going to have to come down on the side of "not a duplicate." That doesn't mean that every single piece of stained glass should be approved. It just means that if you're going to reject it, it should be because it doesn't meet the criteria, not because it's a duplicate of the church. This would be more like a piece of art in a museum (allowed) than a piece of equipment in a playground (duplicate).
Maybe you had the same review. >_< The stained glass had actually been mis-positioned, so while I didn't mark it as a duplicate, I did move it to the proper side of the church.
If the stain glass is very clearly shown/visible in the image used for the Church Pokestop I'd likely mark it as a duplicate. If it wasn't, I'd judge it as it's own waypoint.
