You need to have Facebook or Google connected to your account to be able to login.
You also will need to pass the test if you have not already done so.
If you’ve been inactive for a time, you will be asked to log in to Wayfarer and pass the test now in order to submit any Wayspots.
it wont let me access the test, it says "an account has been suspended" and won't bypass. I've been able to previously upload and edit stops with no problem. Is there a way to appeal this issue with niantic, I can't recall encountering this issue before.

No. You cannot initiate a DM on here. The Niantic Wayfarer forum staff can start a direct message with you, and you can then respond but not vice versa.

Lately we've heard of the "account has been suspended" message on people who submitted the exact same nomination over and over (aka spamming the system) - same picture, description, etc. If you've done that... maybe that's why.
