Chicken on the photo - should I reject?

Hey there, I am back! :-)
I got a nomination where a chicken is on the photo. It isn't really in the focus, but it is still present. Would this be a reason to reject it?
(I know the rules say that animals aren't allowed when they are in the focus, but here the chicken isn't really the main part of the picture)
Thanks for your responses!
Best wishes, Luigi

No need to reject. Anyone else can submit a better photo into the Wayspot later.
I wouldn't reject it because of the chicken in the photo as it isn't the focus of the picture, but I'm also not really seeing what criteria it meets either, so the chicken is pretty much irrelevant.
I would reject it for not meeting criteria, not for the chicken in the photo.
This
Unless the supporting info explained it much better, it doesn't meet any criteria
I pretty much agree with what's been said above. The chicken isn't the focus of the photo, and it doesn't look like someone's trying to sneak their pet chicken into the photo for their own reasons. It's just an area where chickens live. So I probably wouldn't reject it for that reason. However, based on the information we have, it doesn't appear to meet any of the acceptance criteria. Unless the supporting info is more convincing, I would reject for "Other rejection reasons."
Okay, thanks :)
The "Live animal" rejection is for when the POI itself is an animal. Like when someone nominates their dog, or an eagle's nest.
A nomination of a tiger exhibit at a zoo is fine.
If you see the same chicken in nomination after nomination in that area... maybe the nominator is using it to flag their nominations, so their buddies can give it 5*. THAT would be abuse. (Still not the "live animal" rejection.)
Thanks for that detailed explanation! 🙏
Should be rejected under live animal reasons in picture.
