Wayfarer log in says I need to be Level 10 in Ingress to login

Longtime experienced reviewer here with nearly 28 000 reviews done and I can’t log in to my account because it tells me that I need to be level 10. I tried clearing my browser cache and cookies and logging in with a different device. There are no other Niantic games linked to the account and I’m not logging in with a different email address.

I am also having the same exact issue what can I do to fix this? How did you fix yours? I would like to get back to revealing but I don't know what to do... I've cleared my cookies, but still nothing. I am level 16
