submit button isn't hot

I did one review and submitted it. I then skipped reviewing a site not in my area. Then I moved on to do another one review and I completed all sections of the review but the submit button and the skip butter are not hot. I tried refreshing the screen, same thing. This is not the first time I have had this happen. Why is the submit button not hot?

Did you mean both 'submit' and 'skip' button can't be clicked?
Did you fill all necessary fields in each review? That includes a required "What is it" field.
Note that you can use 3 skips in each day, and the button can't be clicked after you have used all 3 skips until the next day.
Hi @Annielm55-PGO, thanks for reporting. Along with the tips from @patsufredo-PGO, if you suggested a better location you will also need to add the notes for that. If you filled out all sections and still have this issue can you share some screen shots to gives us a better visual. Thanks!
