Hi, @EliteOperation-PGO .
The Wayspot Title is 'Small Children's Playground', which means you don't have to ask to be moved.
This is because the Wayspot photo shows a sandpit and a red motorcycle-shaped playground with yellow springs.
(And there's another piece of equipment that's not in the Wayspot photo, but can be seen on Google Maps.) All in all, this area can be described as a "small children's playground".
I must warn you in advance that I have chosen some harsh words to tell you.
The suggestions that you have taken the trouble to write down as "additional information" are a load of bollocks.
The idea of moving to create a PokeStop is nonsense.
(In the first place, no one at Niantic is talking about S2, Level 17 Cell and the birth of PokeStop.)
What the hell are you talking about?
:_(
We, Wayfinder, should not ask you to move your Wayspot position to cheat.
We all need to venture outside our homes to discover the wonderful things in this world that inspire us and others.
All Wayfinders are allowed to go out and explore outside the home, subject to the "Wayfarer! rules", common sense and social rules.
Let's go out and discover something better, without making unfair requests to move positions.
Einenschönen Tag.
I think its better to move this Wayspot "in the middle" of this playground. Today this Wayspot is like 20 meters away from the playground.
And i am sorry that i didnt choose the exact right position of this Wayspot, i created like a year ago.
I dont want to move this Wayspot for "cheat", it just was a mistake while submit this. Thats why i want to change it.
Have a nice day :)
Moving simply to open a cell when the current location is not inaccurate is defined as abuse by Niantic.
True, but in this case the current location is inacccurate.
It appears to currently be just at the edge of the playground area which is a valid place to put a wayspot so that people don't have to walk into the middle of the playground to utilize it in Ingress and you yourself admitted in your original post that your goal is to move it to another cell to create a Pokestop. That is clearly abuse.
Currently the PoI is in the middle of the grass, so obviously it's not on the object that it represents. Moving it to the proposed location would improve the accuracy of it.
On the other hand, some of the people that have written here against fixing this location would also loudly claim that if the location was at the proposed one and anyone would request to move it to the edge (a location that they claim now that it's valid), then they would also claim that this is abuse and should lead to a ban.
It's obvious that the only goal of some people is to find abuse and request bans instead of enjoying the games.
Thank you! That's a good point. I was nearly thinking doing the wrong here, with all this comments..
What's wrong to make a new pokestop? Why is this abuse? It's good for the gamers.
I don't understand why you're pointing out moving the point point to the correct location to add more game elements. What are you trying to point out?
if they move the point to the correct location, it will automatically spawn a Pokestop. A Pokestop can be in one S2 Level 17 Cell. and Portals can be two in one Level 17 Cell. Here i have two Portals in one Cell. So if they move the Portal to the correct Location, it will be in the other Cell.
I hope you can understand this. If not read this: https://sites.google.com/view/maynard-go/s2-cells-ingress
Thank you!😅
Thanks for the appeal, @EliteOperation-PGO! Based on our research, the Wayspot is at the correct location and does not require any adjustments at this time.
