Additional information:
As you can see from the Google Streetview link given, this is clearly a private residential property. The mailboxes outside the main entrance is an indication to this.
The address for the building in question is Hønengata 34. The screenshot below is taken from the official registry of properties, addresses and buildings in Norway. There are five apartments in the building which we can see from the number of addresses. Under Buildings and type "136 - Small buildings with three or more apartments" is registered. Under Status the building is registered as "Tatt i bruk", which translates to "in use", which means that someone is living in the building.

Thanks for the appeal, @StormKorrosjon-ING! We took another look at the Portal in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
@NianticVK What more evidence can I give to show you that this is a private appartment-building? I can take pictures and a Streetview-photosphere if that is what is needed..?
@StormKorrosjon-ING apartments don't count as single family private residential property under Wayfarer criteria.
a multi-family building is not a single-family building. multifamily apartments can be accepted
the same applies to old multi-family tenement houses. on 1 side they have beautiful decorations, on 2 side they are multi-family houses and may be accepted in the game
@ingo68-ING Totally fine by me. I enjoy taking down this portal anyway, but there is nothing special about this building neither historically or culturally. Therefore it should never have been accepted as a waypoint in the first place! Even though the entrance is somewhat decorated, I don't think that should be enough to qualify for a valid waypoint.
for me in old buildings, details like decorations count. therefore I accept and add. in this case, people probably only accepted for these sculptures before entering. well everyone does it according to themselves. it does not change the fact that it is probably a multi-family building, so what is in it will be accepted
@ingo68-ING So you are saying that whichever building that is housing more than one family should be eligible as a waypoint? That is, to me, a joke! But rulemakers often make silly rules 😝
have I written any building? for me, details, decorations, even sculptures count. however, it does not change the fact that I accept buildings with beautiful decorations on them and not those that have something near the house
@ingo68-ING Yes you did, but might be I misunderstood you. However, in this case the waypoint itself is the building and not the sculptures, being so in that it is called "Old Town House" (It is from 1920's, so not really that old anyway).
I will write the last time. I only accept and add old buildings with ornaments on them and not around them. if the building itself does not have decorations, it does not accept it.
