Playground/items dupe and wrong locations

Came across a nomination now that looks to be an attempt at avoiding dupes..

This is the area. There are three wayspots there now, all are on the same playground. This is very evident when you look at the ground. The three portals currently in the game:

The satelite view is a bit old, and the closest street view (which shows the old site) is from 2019.

We've been told to not nominate individual items on a playground, but the playground as a whole, so I would assume this breaks the norm. The portals in the area are from 2021, after the clarification on the individual objects-criteria.

I've been trying to locate some more recent photos of the area, but none of the major mapping services seem to have been updated.
