Post your wins from the appeal system
It would be interesting to see what POIs people have got accepted through the Wayfinder appeal system where Niantic vote on the submission.
On top of that it might educate people if they see something accepted which they have been rejecting by mistake.
You either have to know which POI you appealed or check daily at your list of submissions and sort by 'In voting by Niantic' and if you are lucky one or two might be in their voting queue.
I'll start with what I consider the least interesting waypoint I appealed but it's the first they have voted on for me.
A non-chain/single location gym. Rejected 5 times over 4 months by Wayfarers but accepted by Niantic voters:
Not interested in forum appeals in this thread, just accepted POI from using the appeal button and Niantic staff votes

My two accepted appeals so far are both trail markers for a local NCN route that I'd rather not reignite the debate about haha.
Lol. But people arguing against them need to see and understand that Niantic have accepted them so they do not continue to wrongly reject them in future....
These accepted appeals should be used to educate ;)
So far, two trail markers (though I didn't capture any evidence of Niantic review):
This trail marker is very close (maybe 25-30 meters) from another marker for the same trail. Previously marked as a duplicate once and rejected two other times.
A sidewalk-based walking/biking trail between two major regional parks. The rest of the markers I submitted for this trail made it on the third try at latest, but this one was rejected three times prior to being accepted on appeal.
So do you know your appeal is being processed, if you see the appeal tag, then it going into voting by Niantic? Or does the tag not change? Thanks.
The tag does change to the in voting tag with the Niantic logo.
