Appeals Button is Missing

I haven't appealed any of the nominations from the contribution tabs. I recently discovered that I have to appeal a nomination that was rejected but i am unable as i dont see any button for appeal on any rejected nomination. Please see to it and fix my problem.

Appeals were turned off.
There is a glitch in the appeals process. Therefore, the function has been temporarily turned off until a fix can be put in place. Hopefully it will return soon.
You submitted Long John Silvers... You need to go back and read the criteria again and also withdraw that coal.
Because submitting that and when appeals get re-enabled appealing that (since its going to get rejected) is just wasting everyone's time.
Lmao was it even working? From what I know the appeal system was a total charade.
They started reviewing appeals a couple of weeks back. I've had two wayspots accepted through appeals so far. It was slow to get off the ground but it is working.
Turns out this true! I just recieved the confirmation that my appeal got reviewed and accepted, the thing is it got painted over, I sent the new thing that got painted over and it got accepted long ago. The review came too late.
