I tried to add 5, but everyone was rejected as "private property" even though the buildings are open to the public, anyone can approach and admire them.
If the building is still a private home, then it is still not eligible. But the main problem is providing evidence that the building is historically significant. The most common way is to provide a link or reference number to its listing.
here is one example, a building from 1890.
Historic buildings can be great submissions, but you need to sell them to reviewers. What is the building currently used for and what was its original purpose. What makes it special enough to be added to the register? Did anything noteworthy happen at the building?
If it is listed or has any sort of website about it, like it in the supporting info, paraphrase some of the information on the page (don't copy word for word) and accept it make take 2 or 3 attempts
Currently, some of the buildings are inhabited by people. They are renewed quite often. Several of them served as housing buildings for prison workers, one of the largest prisons in Poland. They are of great importance for the local community
Some historical buildings can meet the requirements, but most historical houses don't, even big castles or manors as long as they belonged and are used as a single family homes.
Just being old - doesn't mean something is a great wayspot.
But if the description can tell history that happened in the building - that could be a great wayspot.
So "a building from 1890" would probably be rejected, but "served as housing buildings for prison workers, one of the largest prisons in Poland" might pass.
