It's unbelievable what is rejected!
Does Niantic use bots for rejections?
How do you explain that to people?

There is definitely a problem in Germany that Niantic needs to address.
I don't speak German, so I can't really tell what was rejected, though. It looks like a grave, a street sign, a hotel, and a tree?
What are the rejecting reasons?
Yeah, Germany - especially southern Germany - has a bad reviewer reputation in these forums, and to this point Niantic hasn’t been up to the task of addressing improper rejections.
And I also don’t speak German, but based on what is visible here I would have rejected most of these as well. Street signs are not eligible. The wooden water wheel (?) looks like it’s on private residential property. Trees are not eligible.
The hotel, that’s going to depend on what your supporting info states. It does appear to be significant, as it has its own Wikipedia page, it reads to be at least 600 years old, and is part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site, so it seems like it should be approved:

The tree one seems to be not about the tree but about the view guess Aussicht stands for view but yeah still not an eligble nomination
#2 looks like it is in a roundabout, which would not have pedestrian access. But all I have to judge is the photo itself.
#3 is just a tree tag/label and wouldn't meet eligibility criteria.
#5 just looks like a landscape and would not be eligible either.
That just leaves #1 and #4. Of the two, #1 is the stronger candidate but it could be knocked out based on location. Being a business, #4 would have a much harder time and requires some supporting information to show that it isn't a generic business.
@JillJilyJabadoo-PGO , @X0bai-PGO
As far as I can see it is a memorial (probably to commemorate the victims of the two world wars), a sign on a tree (something you can find in Germany often on special trees).
The "Mühlradbrunnen" is a city decoration
The "Goldene Hirsch" is an old hotel
And finally the last one should imply a nice view.
For those who do not understand German and regardless of how I would have rated the individual nominations.
2 looks more like q give way sign rather than a roundabout, you tend not to have a road sign on the inside of a roundabout. Again, hard to tell from picture, but I would have said giveaway so maybe qcceptable, unless it's an island in between 2 roads, rhen reject
I tend to agree that at least some of these are "not eligible" from what I can see of your single photos. If you want proper comments, we need to see the full set of photos and text for each nomination, so we can see what the reviewers see. Make a new thread for each Waypoint or it gets confusing keeping track of comments.
stop your wild guesses evrywhere .....
#1 is a world war memorial. There is nearly no plausible K.O. location for this kind of wayspot. Should be 5* in evry category without any doubts.
#2 Did you ever see a give-way-streetsign at the island of a roundabout? Fail. Next to a normal junction, and even this small thumbnail shows big paving slabs ...
#3 is not in general ineligible. There is no definiton, how much info is needed to become wayspot-worthy. So this is simply a weak candidate, and oppinions might differ, but it's for sure not in general ineligible.
#4 the hotel looks like a house with tradition (according to the name most likely at least 100 years) and nowadays state of the hotel looks like at least 30 years unchanged. It's not part of a chain. Only problem is, that there is no website. In the web there are only phone numbers and basic infos on third party websites. I would interprete this, that this small hotel is most likely run by old owners and it's successful even without own website. Since independent standalone hotels and restaurants got rare in Germany this is for sure not a case for generic-business-thinking. Small towns can be glad, if a few pubs, inns, restaurants and small hotels survive. Imho the candidate is 4* worthy ...
#5 Normal untrafficed landroad with normal bench with nice view. 2*-rejection imho.
Wrong Hotel ;)
Yours is at Salzburg (Austria), OPs is at Herzberg (Northern Germany). Name of the Hotel isnt rare .... Goldener Hirsch = golden deer .... common name for old inns or hotels.
As already mentioned here several times, it is extremely difficult to give really meaningful feedback based on this overview in poor resolution. We therefore don't know if the reasons for rejection are totally absurd (e.g. URL or emoji without something like that in title or description) or at least understandable (e.g. private property, if picture and additional image give the impression that it's a family home). It would be better to present each submission with all relevant info and good resolution.
#1 If it really is what it looks like, a World War II memorial, that should probably be accepted. However, due to the lack of info, we don't know where it is, if it is there, if it is that, etc.
#2 Again, due to the lack of info, we can only guess. Is this: https://goo.gl/maps/iTQSofacC9PvQzE47 ? From the not very high resolution satellite image, it's impossible to tell if this is private land or maybe public land (OpenStreetMap might suggest the latter, but I wouldn't be sure). You do YouTube videos, why not a photosphere, that would help here?
#3 Appears to be a Hail Mary. A sign on a tree with tree name and possibly two additional words, possibly just the Latin name. Ask 10 people if this is wayspot worthy and you will get 20 opinions. Personally, I tend to think it's not enough educational content, but I'm still mostly sympathetic if it sells somehow.
#4 Gastronomy has it hard in Germany and must be sold well if they are to get through. Especially when as @Raachermannl-ING already says there is virtually no info about it. Without more info about the submission, one can say little about whether your claim of rejection bots would be conceivable, or whether it was simply a bad submission.
#5 View is everywhere, 50 meters ahead and 100 meters behind. What is a great view, everyone feels differently, some like the view of the marshalling yard or the landfill. It is not an official viewpoint? -> 1* and bye!
Man, you need to change the subject and the words on this topic, otherwise you will certainly been warned by one of the moderators for "violating" the Niantic TOS. A completely agree with everything you said, but the only thing you will be granted with this kind of agressive is been punished and censored by staff...
Plus, you catch more flies with sugar than vinegar.
And you're needlessly insulting everyone in the Community, including those who replied trying to help you. I know you're frustrated, but you come across as a mean and bitter person.
what are they gonna do, not let him submit things to be immediately rejected anymore?
