Nomination Improvement Suggestions Please

I've had this contribution rejected but can't understand why. It's a safe recreational area that many people use for play and dog walking. There's a footpath running through and it's not a sensitive area at all.
Any suggestions appreciated.

There is nothing in your photo that meets any criteria. Parks etc need an "anchor point" for the Waypoint - usually a sign or similar. A "Public Footpath" similarly is not eligible. Your nomination is just showing a patch of grass and some pavement - 1* does not meet criteria. "Lack of Pokestops" is not a reason for approval of any stop, and a lot of reviewers find this sort of comment annoying.
I see a sign far in the background of your main photo. If it happens to be a sign about the park (assuming that's what you mean by "recreational area") it could work as the anchor for the park.
Both of your rejection reasons are incorrect and likely from inexperienced reviewers trying to say that this should not be a waypoint. The correct rejection reason would be "other rejection reason" or "natural feature". To get a path like this accepted you need some kind or marker, sign, or man made barrier like a gate to tie this waypoint to a specific location on this trail. Otherwise it could as well be anywhere with hedges.
While you don't actually need a specific object as an anchor for a park (it's a place of exploration and exercise just by itself), it's practically necessary for getting something approved. Is there some kind of signage at the beginning or end of the path? If you can't find something, this might be a hard sell.
