In the out-of-focus photo, the two images do not touch each other but are far apart. This means that the two statues, which are not bolted to the floor, were placed in place and photographed only at the time of application.

Rather, the existence of this out-of-focus photograph proves that the two images are in fact mobile.
It would be better to ask for the removal of this Wayspot than to ask for the removal of out-of-focus photos.
These two gnomes do not touch, the perspective makes such an impression. One gnome is watching the other through a magnifying glass.
It is a permanent fixture like hundreds of other dwarfs in this city, so you are wrong
