3 pokestop locations not appearing in Pokémon Go, they do appear in Ingress.

in Report a Bug
Hello all!
I know this seems like a very common issue, but the reason the pokestops are not appearing is not due to the same s17 cell issue that it often tends to be! I promise.
There is 3 stops around this location:
34.05611,-117.19565
None of which seem to appear in Pokemon Go, but they all do exists in Ingress as portals. Not sure as to why they won't appear in Pokemon Go? I would very much like to see them added as they are some fantastic POI locations!

I'm a veteran Wayfarer and very aware of the various requirements, such as with S2 cells and minimum distance requirements, but these do not run afoul of any of them.
Is it possible that the property owners requested Pokestops/Gyms be removed from their location sometime in the last five years? When this happens it can result in POIs being removed from one game, but not all.
Highly doubtful.
This location has multiple other POI on the premise that are even older.
If that was the case, wouldn't it be weird that it was only removed in one game?
It would not be weird and has happened in the past.
Most of the examples I’ve heard of have been cemeteries or churches that had longstanding portals in ingress that only became a problem when pogo was first released and people probably weren’t being very respectful. If the property owners spoke to visitors and they mentioned they were there to play pogo, when the property owners finally contacted Niantic to request removal due to pogo players, Niantic could have decided to only remove the pois from pogo but leave them in Ingress since that game wasn’t causing issues.
I appreciate the response.
While if that is possible still seems unlikely for this situation as example:
I'd like these locations to potentially be reviewed and if possible synced to PoGo.
try liking their photos thru ingress
Interesting, that's a good idea. Perhaps if it gets enough it'll be considered.
Does any Niantic employees view these threads? Can I hope for this to be seen?
I have the same situation: did not go live in pokemon go but did in ingress. I think that these got caught up in the stopped ingress sync issue. my approval email was dated Thu, Mar 3, 5:42 PM (13 days ago)

yes, it is in an L17 by itself.
no, it is not on any restricted property - it's a greenway for the city.
yes, i tried the thumb's up vote on the portal photo and waited several days.
no, liking the photo on march 11 had not made it sync into pokemon go as of march 15
@NianticGiffard please let us know the team is looking into this issue with wayspots approved around this time. i hate i wasted an upgrade on this if it is never going to appear in pogo.
Same case here.
I nominated a wayspot on March 1, upgraded it, and it got accepted on March 4th 6:16 AM (12 days ago) based on the email.

I checked all possible cases, but I'm inclined to think that it has been included in a bad batch that was never synced properly into PoGo.
Hoping to get some feedback here.
Checked again today after sync time - still not live.
Scrolling through the general chat, I am seeing more reports of this happening. I hope everyone will add to this bug report and upvote this.
Yeah, I'm also hoping these get revisited. I understand during the initial acceptance is when the POI is included or not.... and will not happen after the fact if not initially synced.
I would like Niantic support to manually include these if possible.
@NianticGiffard please let us know that the team is looking into this. I know the L17 rule is not officially acknowledged by Niantic and can change at any time, but these reports are of Wayspots that would have gone live in Pokemon Go in the past. Please have the team confirm these were not a bugged sync if they should not be live by some rules change Niantic has made.
Yes please, we need an update or some kind of acknowledgement. @NianticGiffard
Hello @FriskyChickn-PGO! For this matter, please reach out to our dedicated team through this link: https://www.pokemongolive.com/report-location/
@NianticGiffard thanks for replying but this form to "Request modification or removal of a PokéStop or Gym" does not apply. The situation is that the Poke Stop never appeared. I reported this to the help chat but got the standard reply:
"Hello Explorer,
Thank you for submitting a PokéStop nomination!
While some nominations may be deemed eligible by the community of reviewers on Niantic Wayfarer for inclusion into Niantic’s location database, they may not necessarily be added into every Niantic game. After a nomination is approved by reviewers, there is an additional automated review that determines whether the nomination is an appropriate fit for each particular Niantic game. Each game has it's own set of criteria for this step, so some nominations may be accepted into one game but not another.
The most common reason that an eligible nomination is not added to Pokémon GO is that the nomination is too close to existing PokéStops or Gyms. If an existing game location is removed or the criteria changes, the nomination may appear within Pokémon GO at a later time.
Please keep in mind that while this is a common reason, it is not the only one. Feel free to join our Niantic Wayfarer community and discuss your nomination with other players: https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/"
We need to understand why these eligible Wayspots did not sync into Pokemon Go.
@NianticGiffard What am I supposed to put in the "reason for removal" section? I can't leave it blank and I don't want it removed.
Okay I chose the "hours" option since I had to pick a removal request reason and immediately got this email. I am not going to lie and say I have authority I do not.
@NianticGiffard #Brooke did not even entertain the thought that this might be a bug. Please have the team actually check into this. So that you don't have to go back in this thread, here is the portal that is not showing in Pokemon Go but should be: https://intel.ingress.com/?pll=35.751048,-78.826332
We don't need a removal request.
It's a bug fix that we need. Please reach out to the team to also check this wayspot. @NianticGiffard

There's a problem because of the previous sync outage back in early March.
Adding another to the list. Had one approved during the Great Sync Debacle of March 2022 and it’s in ingress but didn’t sync in PoGo.
Okay #Oren got mine to go live but how many people won't know to complain until they get a resolution? There was definitely a bug related to the Ingress sync pause to repair the bug that was allowing Wayspots <20m to go live in Ingress,.
Alrighty then - will see what Oren did after sync today.
My replies did not go up in the same order I posted them. My issue is resolved now, but there was a bug with Pokemon Go around the date of March 3 when Ingress sync was restarted after being stopped to correct the bug that was allowing Wayspots that broke the 20m rule to go live.
@NianticGiffard
Thanks for linking me to this thread, @cyndiepooh-ING! I put this off because I was so disappointed by this bug happening after all the hours I spent earning an upgrade. I didn't log into the forums for a while, and I haven't reviewed any nominations since.
But I'm hopeful after seeing your case was resolved. I submitted the form that @NianticGiffard recommended. Hopefully mine will be resolved too.
@NianticGiffard I submitted the "Request modification or removal of a PokéStop or Gym" form as directed.
I submitted this form yesterday and never got a response. I imagine it might take time for someone to review the report but I would expect some sort of automated email indicating the form was successfully submitted/received. Should I submit again or wait?
If you had successfully submitted the report, then no need to worry. One of our representatives will attend to your request as soon they come across it. There might be a delay in getting to yours but it shouldn't be ignored or missed.
