Wayfarer reset, no contributions, requiring test again

Logged in this morning to find my over 200+ contributions are all gone, my 117+ upgrades all gone, and I'm being required to take the test again to do anything or submit. I only play PoGo (lv43) and have been reviewing/submitting with wayfarer for almost a year now.
How does this get fixed? Help!

I was over 10,000+ wayspots reviewed, and somewhere around a 77% approval rating. I hope this can be fixed and restored!
@NianticGiffard @NianticTintino I opened a ticket with support chat, they responded to me over 24 hours later, only to close the ticket on me mid-reply while sending them screenshots of emails I had received (as requested)... They said "we are unable to track any records of nominations/edits submitted".
But the ticket is closed before they even had a chance to look at anything now I had to make a whole new ticket. What is this trash?

At this point I almost want to give up... I would at least like to know if my nominations are STILL in the system. Things that were in queue, in voting, in Niantic voting, or in appealed status. I can supply rough coordinates and names of nominations from memory... But this is incredibly annoying and infuriating.
I had at least 23 contributions in voting/niantic voting as of March 19. 20 appealed. And I can't remember how many were in queue... At least another 20 let's say.

Sorry, you had to go through this trouble. Just to let you know we are investigating this matter at the moment.
Thank you, are you able to check if my nominations still exist? I haven't received any emails for approvals/rejections in days. I would have though at least the 2 appeals I had in voting would have been decided on since it's been over a week now for them.
Not to worry, your nominations won't be lost. Once the issue is fixed you will receive the approval/ rejection mail for your nominations.
Thank you again. I was looking on the Intel Map and did find that 2 things that were either in voting or appeal when I lost my profile, are now showing up, of course no email confirmation since my profile is blank. But that makes me feel a heck of a lot better that at least my stuff is chugging along in the background and my hard work isn't wasted. 😁

Just wanted to check in and see if there's a status update. Wondering if I should just take the test again and move on, or wait until it's fixed? I'd like to get submitting again soon but I also don't want to mess things up if it's being fixed in the background. Thanks!
Also wondering since appeals are now back, and there's definitely some stuff I wanted to appeal... but I can't since I have no access to those nominations anymore.
@NianticGiffard @NianticTintino, It's been over 2 weeks, in 4 days I'll be back up at my full 40 nomination bucket. I'm also going on a trip where I was planning on submitting all 40+ nominations. Will re-taking the test and doing those submission mess any efforts up on your end of restoring my profile with my old 200+ submissions and 10,000+ agreements?
I want to do that submission spree, but also don't want to mess things up further. Thanks.
You can retake the test however it won't bring back the lost stats. Since this has been escalated already, I would appreciate your patience until it's resolved.
Hooray... My medal for agreements got reset (from retaking the test?)... No that it really matters, just annoying.
I just wanna be able to track my submissions that got dissociated with my profile. 😭

I have seen rare cases of Wayfinder ratings and achievements being reset on social networking sites, but what are the actual reasons for this?
Can you please tell us what you can talk about?
