Additional information: After fakes were discovered and reported again and again at the specified coordinates and in the immediate vicinity, it was unfortunately found that the abusers had learned nothing from them. Instead of just stopping cheating, they came up with the idea of simply appealing their fakes and unfortunately Niantic unwittingly made the mistake of actually accepting the first fake. After I got the screenshot which proves that the fake was accepted by an appeal, I decided to remove it immediately.

Instead of just giving up, they are actually so bold as to appeal to a fake and then show it around everywhere. Congratulations, you played yourself.
