A new way for abuse (maybe)
I have a new kind of abuse, wich I can see that is becoming mora amore frequent, at first case I think that can be an isolated situation, but I have started to see more frequently in review.
this is the fifth case I have seen in the last 2 weeks, so I came here to report and alert about this situation.
Descriptiton of methode: using an photoshoped image as proposal, wich have concordance whit a intermediate/low quality real world candidate.
Proposal photo:
As you can see i'ts a "first looking" good image of a proposal... is there were some real world support.
Second: The support photo:
Here I began to suspect something strange, albeit the proposal and the suport photos are very similar... there are mnay diferences, design and the text, but when you see more closely, is obvius that the support image lacks of quality and... there are a google water mark!!!! I go to google maps and find this image from the place:
By principle I would have denied this proposal as "Temporary or seasonal display", but I think that this case (as other cases) must be qualified as a "False Proposal". Which I do.
What's your opinion?

Simply "Third Party Images". You can find the image from Google Image Search.
Third party photo would be the best rejection reason by the sounds of it.

Third party image seems reasonable but if I found a pattern of this I would probably gather the evidence and make a stronger case against them as well.
Yes, that was my thinking, my reasoning in this is: the image per se, didn't correspond to the ubication, worst tha making a PhotoShop edition, Didn't have a real world ubication... may correspond to the bussines, but that image didn't exist in the place or de reference photo. Thats why I go further than "third party photo"
I've seen this a couple times too. Somone uploads a logo from the internet then supporting photo from real life. I can definitely see somone thinking that a clean logo for the photo disc is a good idea. Probably somone who thinks they are doing good, but has not looked through the criteria.
Niantic should scan photos, and auto-reject anything with a watermark. It's irresponsible to rely on reviewers' eyeballs to catch them. Google is probably the most often ripped-off site for Wayfarer - Lightship should at least pre-review for that one!
