Unfortunately, there are personal differences between the player who lives there and the player who submitted the new photo and had it upvoted. So he intentionally submitted a bad photo and liked it. I would actually like to have it deleted for that reason alone. But I guess that's not enough.
But I noticed something that would justify the deletion of the photo!
In the new photo there is a reference to the game! The Enlightenend player drew the Ingress glyph for Enlightened in the sand and made it even more of a focus than the actual wayspot itself.
As proof, I've included a breakdown of the various glyphs above, including those for the Enlightened. It is found in the sixth line as the penultimate one.

There have always been differences between the two factions. And why are you now trying to have a photo deleted that meets all the criteria for a portal photo? Just because it has a green name on it?

And in my opinion, the supposed pictures were taken with a filter. This means that these photos are, albeit slightly, distorted. Wether thes photos still meet the criteria ist doubtful.

I am posting an excerpt from the rules below again, as some here did not understand what requirements are placed on a photo.
Even if some people here just read what they want and distort my statements, it doesn't matter which faction the photo was taken by. But there are rules that everyone has to follow regardless of that!
From my personal point of view - and I think I speak for all those with common sense - the best photo should be the cover photo and the photo should not be chosen based on who uploaded it.
Unfortunately, it is not quality, but quantity that is the decisive factor here.
For my part, I have never participated in such a competition for likes in the past and will not do so in the future.
Unfortunately, you have to live with it if bad photos are accepted, of course only under the condition that they also comply with the rules.
