This is the flagship of restaurant of Max‘s Fried Chicken. This restaurant was built in the 1945 and this statue will not be honored but other statues will be honored? It is said it is a duplicate but it is clearly not.
Please check it out.

Clearly, it is not duplicated please check the area.
Also, Why do other branches credit this statue as a pokestop but not the flagship one?
It is a duplicate, because the mascot already exists in the database. You probably don't see it in PoGO due to the other Wayspot (Max's Crazy Totem) in the same S2 Level 17 cell. Only one Wayspot per S2 Level 17 is possibly and only one will show up in PoGO. If you're not remote submitting with PoGO, you can see all Wayspots in the database (click the thing in the bottom left corner). All existing Wayspots in 200m? radius will show up. If you see that the candidate you want to submit already is there, don't bother submitting it, because it will be rejected as a duplicate
There is already a POI for that submission on the Lightship database and visible on Ingress.
The reviewers who marked it as a duplicate have done so correctly
It's a mass-produced object and should not be a Wayspot at any branch or location.
Hi I think they don’t look a like so it means it is not a duplicate right? According to the other Pokéstop rules it is not a duplicate right?
You see here in our country the Philippines it is considered as a statue and it is a land mark. Not like in our privilege countries they do have a lot of statues.
No, it is already there
If you look at the images above you will see it is titled Maxs Chicken Mascot Statue.
The image for it that reviewers see is
Just because you can not see it in PoGo does not mean it isn't there already in the POI database.
It's not a duplicate of Max's Crazy Totem, but Max's Chicken Mascot Statue. It's just not visible on the Pokémon GO map. As I said, Pokémon GO uses only one Wayspot per S2 Level 17 cell, this is the reason only Max's Crazy Totem shows up as a PokéStop! There are far more Wayspots in the database than Gyms/PokéStops.
@dustinyeeaah-PGO how about this?
Some places they have cluster Pokéstop why is it not the same? Look at the picture above.
At one point in time, it used to be the case that wayspots which had their locations edited didn't get checked against the proximity rules for any games. This meant that you could create a wayspot in an empty level 17 S2 cell, then request an edit to move it to a different level 17 S2 cell that already had a Pokéstop or Gym in it, and if accepted, the cell would have two Pokéstops or Gyms instead of one.
As you can imagine, a lot of people abused this oversight, and Niantic eventually fixed it so that now when a wayspot has its location edited, it is checked against the cell rules, and if the cell would go over the limit of one Pokéstop or Gym, one of them will disappear from Pokémon Go. Any cells that already had more than one wayspot before this exploit was fixed were allowed to keep their extra wayspots though.

@HankWolfman-PGO Thanks for explaining.
I’m just shock that all of my nominations are unaccepted all of the efforts and the time invested/money data airfares are all worthless because nobody explained it to us.
I though that places that I have submitted had historical values like museum painting equivalent to Mona Lisa in our country is rejected, Also a wall mural that I took pictures of that it looks nice it didn’t violated any Niantic rules but straight up rejected because they say it is fake nominations but clearly it is not. Also a nomination that has a historical value in a University informational sign all part of that university sign was accepted but not my submission. Nobody explained it to us we’ve just read the guidelines that is it I’m just surprised the things that you’ve just said is not in the community guidelines 😢
Thank you for your time and effort Hank
I think most people here completely agree that Niantic should provide better information to submitters about the process. So many posts and frustrations would be prevented if they didn't tell submitters they're making pokestops. They should explain not all accepted submissions appear in the game and what the markers on the submission map mean, at a minimum, on the first page of the submission dialog.

This was already explained to you further up. Just because you refuse to accept the answers doesn't mean the answers will change because you repost the same images and questions over and over and over again.
