Wayfarer suspended in one or more games

i have my ingress account that works just fine and even now im already doing the recursion that have been reviewing wayfarer 5000+.
but accidentally I've changed my emails that attached to my old pogo account back in 2016 wich is been banned.
so now when i try to open the wayfarer it keeps me suspended, so i try to changes emails but its not works, i also try to delete my old pogo account like 3-4 times but it keep saying that can't be deleted due to "pending litigation".
ill try it over and over again but it has the same result, is someone has the same issues like me? is this can be solved?
I've travel a lot and see many buildings and structures that would perfectly match for portal categories, but now i can't submit it cause this issue.
please help me, i really enjoying reviews portal and make some of it.

If you managed to get banned from any of Niantic's games you can't be trusted with Wayfarer access. End of story.
yes but it was long time ago that i've never played pogo anymore, but they don't let me delete it.
it just unfortunately that i accidentally attached email that have some issues back in 2016, before it i can do wayfarer, need to solve this issues cause not so many player making new portal in my villages.

Sadly for now i dont know any kind of workaround to that, that is a flaw in their system, many people are banned in 1 or more games but they used different mails hence even have like 10 wayfarer accounts, ignore the person who just told you ''you cant be trusted'' this usually comes from any -ING random guy
As long you have a valid account in their games which has been invited to the wayfarer system, you should be able to enter hence makes no sense that kind of errors to appear, if you have pogo banned then just log in with ingress credentials...and voila right? but logic isnt strong sometimes here
Now you cant enter to check your own nominations, you cant enter to gain agreements for your nominations (which you can still send...weird uh? you are supposed to not be trusted right), you cant contact the supposed wayfarer support chat because its in the webpage, you dont have access to any kind of info given there such criteria and that stuff, you cant work in your ingame medals...makes absolutely no sense for a game block the progress of another game, but this is what happens when they dont use their own credentials and loging auths, they use third party merged ones
Hence RIP, go and walk your dog remember you are the one doing a favor when using wayfarer or sending nominations
yes i still can send legitimate portal with my ING account but idk the progress, is it still stand for now or it just dissapear, i hope i can do more reviewing again with my account, but it seems they didn't allow it.

I'm sorry to learn you experienced this problem, @lNocturnaLl-ING. I would suggest contacting our dedicated team through in-app to look into it.
Are you joking? How would the OP access Wayfarer support chat if he can't access Wayfarer?
I would suggest to @NianticTintino and others to open appeal section for accounts suspended from Wayfarer in this forum.

Your first statement in this post seems odd, given that the quote you're responding to is completely in agreement with Niantic's current policy on the matter (banned account = no Wayfarer access).
Hate to bring you bad news but here's the problem.
While you have been banned in 2016 (quite some time ago) and people tend to change. Banned account means you're not allowed to have access to wayfarer. While it's easy to evade, it's still in their policy. And unfortunately for you, you got yourself caught.
Appeal it though, but if they say no then that's kind of on you.
In my personal opinion, Banned account + linking your banned account to your main years later probably means that wayfarer isn't for you. Those are two mistakes and history tends to repeat itself

oh come on dude, if i can't get access to wayfarer, why i can get reviewing portal and make some of them to be online, infact that i've already have badges in ingress, the only mistake that i've made is just changing email to my old email that attached to old pogo account.
thats the mistake thati've made before, but i didn't do anything wrong until my email got the same address with the old one, i've tried to delete it but still they hold on to "pending litigation". if i can't get access again, its better be not playing this game anymore, nothing to lose for me, since i've not getting access on wayfarer anymore.

So, a lot can happen in six years. A person can age from 12 to 18, and be significantly older and wiser. A 2016 ban pre-dates the "three strike" policy and I've seen no hint that this ban was issued after a warning or warnings. That leads me to wonder....what is the statute of limitations on these elderly bans, especially when they involve a former account linked to the same email as an account in good standing in a different game?
thats the thing that i wanted to know the answer directly from Niantic, especially at this forum. I didn't get any satisfying answer until now, i don't even know what should stay at this game or not anymore, kinda tired searching for something that i didn't get it from the last 2 years.

yeah that is true too, old bans didnt have the three warning policy than niantic is applying now that proves that everything changes and updates...so unless the person was trying to ddos niantic so many of those old bans can be just changed into first warning, leaving him with two left
for those who questioning my contribution to OPR before now became wayfarer.
They are never gonna give you a straight answer here.
They'll say something along the lines that they can't discuss here their policies and the details of their actions and they'll ask you to contact support.
I'm sorry for you as six years is a long time and lots of things change, but I don't remember Niantic restoring access to wayfarer after a permanent game ban, good luck.
so it will be the same results and didn't find the answer again, and it will be the end of playing these games i thinks, I'll play again someday if they manage to get my access back, but for now have to say goodbye for the games
If you scraped Niantic data, and/or were part of a group that scraped and sold or shared that data (IOW guardian hunters), then I wouldn't be surprised if there is no "statute of limitations" or forgiveness from Niantic, for stealing their proprietary data in order to cheat on your opponents.
ignore them, they just like to spam disagree because are angry to the world, what i typed is correct and logical but since isnt their cup of tea they just spam disagree, and they act like if they are the ones getting money with you being banned for some unlogical reason, that is why i told ''nice joke'' to the first person who answered you
sadly that is how it is, its just a terrible flaw in their system, i wont even ask why you are banned in pogo, because you still have an ingress legit account for use and that is the whole point but again linking stuff to third party auths...meh, RIP.
so i have to say goodbye to this game, maybe i will play it when a new badges going out, play just to get badges 😅
