How long does an appeal take to review

Hey guys, I don´t really know if anyone knows this, but how long does an appealed wayspot take to get reviewed? Just curious. Thank you

It differs. Some appeals might be fast, I still havent had a single of my 31 appeals processed. Its random. And since Nia is not reviewing appeals for a long period of time, there are no real expectations in time.

It would seem from the response it would simply be easier to re-submit the portal rather than wait for something that may or may not happen within 6 months.
From what I can glean it's about 6mo on average. Better to resubmit as I have done
I might have been lucky but I have only appealed one and it was all done in three days.
Are there any adverse impacts for resubmitting a nomination that's already been submitted for appeal?
It wastes time. If you've submitted something, had it rejected and sent it to appeal, and then you resubmit it and it gets accepted before your appeal is reviewed, you're just giving Niantic more work for no reason, and it's time that they could've spent reviewing an appeal that actually mattered. There's nothing to say you can't do it, so go ahead if you want to try it, but you could just be patient and wait for the appeal to be decided.
If you are able to resubmit a nomination, it is probably better to not appeal in the first place, and just resubmit it. This will keep the appeal review work for Nia to a minimum, and you will probably get you nomination reviewed faster than the appeals process
I have two appeals that are over a year old now and have had 0 updates about their status.
the appeal function hasn't even been around for a year.... appeals began back in early december 2021. so 7 months.
