Need Gym Transferred to a different POI in PoGo

There is a local fire station that does not qualify to be removed as a POI (https://community.wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/discussion/32153/fire-station-waypoint-obstructs-emergency-services#latest). However, someone from the fire station or the city contacted Niantic and raids do not spawn there under any circumstance. Is there a way to transfer the gym to a different POI in the cell so that raids can spawn at the new gym? Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

This is a Pokémon Go issue, not a Wayfarer issue, so it doesn't really belong on this forum. At any rate, I doubt the Pokémon Go team would do anything about it, so you're likely stuck with a gym with no raids.
so all this time with me rejecting anything regarding a fire station or near of the property of it, it was an actual lie from the criteria and i was supposed to accept this? hence same apply to hospitals, police offices, etc?
As with all things Wayfarer, the definition of "obstructing emergency services" is fluid and really just a judgment call.
Report is as "obstructs emergency services" and Niantic will remove it for you
I did, and it was rejected. So I filed an appeal. And that was rejected by a new Niantic representative. So someone tagged on of the more experienced reps and they also denied it. The link to this is in my initial post. So now I’m stuck trying to figure out what to do.
If the fire station contacts Niantic to say that there is still a problem and asks if they can remove the stop completely they may do that and if there are enough POI in the Level 14 cell it should recalculate and another stop be promoted to a gym.
Wrong place as it’s not Wayfarer related. You want the Pokémon GO forums - https://community.pokemongolive.com/
As for the location, as it appears to be at the front of the building and the fire engines come out of the side, I can see why they’ve said it doesn’t block it. Still a weird choice to reject it though.
Thanks for the lively discussion on this thread. Based on the content of the discussion, I will be closing it for future comments. I appreciate your understanding.
