Image review--with a photoshopped image

I tried to get a screen shot, but wasn't able to.
I was given an image review for a shipping store in Boise. The 2 images were very similar, except that one appeared to have had a USPS sign photoshopped into it to make it appear like an eligible waypoint, presenting it to reviewers as a post office, rather than a private business. I flagged that image, and was asked to select a reason. "Image was photoshopped" wasn't in the list of possible reasons. Since it wasn't offensive, abusive or showing personal information, I let the review expire. IMNSHO, the waypoint should not have been approved.
How would you handle this?

It's abuse, if you see something like that again you should flag it as abuse.
The reasons for reporting might not be explained very well on wayfarer site, but things like that should be marked as abuse.
I hope it helped you a bit :)
There's an abuse: fake nomination option you can use next time.
It came up again, this time without the USPS sign photoshopped in. I don't see an option to flag it as abuse. I'm just going to pick a reason and flag it.
If it’s not photoshopped, correctly named, and accurately described, then it simply doesn’t meet criteria. But if the image is edited or falsely presented to reviewers, then it’s abusive.
Why would someone photoshop a USPS sign 😂
I guess they got fed up trying to see if this would get approved as a mail service.
It used to be a post office, it no longer is as the area has grown and they needed bigger space, and terminated the USPS contract.
It's been in game since 2014 so there was no deception to get approved, they were adding an updated picture, and attempting the removal of the USPS from the title.
That would be a good reason to have local people do reviews whenever possible. Thanks for the info. If it is no longer a post office, does that mean that it no longer meets the criteria for a waypoint? Now it is just a generic business.
Probably, but Niantic only removes wayspots that meet a specific set of removal criteria: K-12, PRP, pedestrian access, 3rd party photo, duplicate, fake (I think that's all). They won't remove something just for being a generic business.

Surely it just "Does not meet any criteria"?
We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
